Solomobile

So there's an upcoming Young Han Solo movie in the works, if you haven't heard. I started out feeling pretty skeptical of the whole idea, but I'm starting to come around. Basically as soon as they announced that Donald Glover would play young Calrissian....

Now there's been some set photos of Han driving a custom speeder in some kind of chase/dragracing scene. details on the Star Wars News Net here 

So I built this model of the speeder just to check it out up close.

I love/hate this design. It reminds me of the 60s batmobile for some reason, and has some charming details, but that asymmetrical spoiler is ... blegh. Might look great in action though, only time will tell...

Rogue One Partisan X-Wing

Huh... I dig it. Also, damn I'm excited for Rogue One!

Adapted from my model of the full-scale ANH X-Wing. there are some subtle differences, especially some curved lines directly aft of the cockpit, but otherwise it looks spot on to its ANH and ESB sisters, from the images I've seen.
