It's pretty weird that the same building is still standing after 40 years... Anyway, I'm pretty sure the dimensions are the same for both the interior and exterior, so you could make a complete model of the building!
yes the forced perspective is definitely there in the blueprints I used! Not sure why though. I think it would still look about the same without the perspective effect

It looks like the set is in forced perspective, or is it jsut the setting of your render?
